Product Information
- As our products are handmade, slight variations in size, shape, colour, and appearance may occur.

Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service and destination.
- Bake with Aruna is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation
- As all products are freshly baked to order, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once confirmed.
Returns & Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details for review.
Limitation of Liability
- Bake with Aruna shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or consumption of our products.

Allergen information
Everything is baked in one small kitchen that also handles nuts, dairy, wheat (gluten) and sesame, so we cannot rule out traces of an ingredient in any product — even one not listed against it below.
If you are cooking for a severe allergy, please message us before ordering so we can tell you exactly what was in that batch.
